Thank you for the question.  Honey Hive Farms does not filter our honey, we just strain out the bee parts if any and the wax that is in the honey. We only sell clean honey.  As for heating honey the honey never gets over 100 degrees and the bee hives get up to that.  So no we do not heat our honey. Thank you for the questions, Honey Hive Farms
